Super Pizza (Brick Lane) Margarita Pizza slice - £3.50

Just gonna put this out there to begin, the pizza isn’t super. Now is £3.50 steep for a slice of pizza? my New York but now lives in London friend Ali stressed that it was steep. I think I agree, but there are a couple of things to take into account, we were eating in, so were were on some mad VAT hype and it was warmed up… put it this way, a higher score would be given if it was £2. Now onto what it tasted like… pretty standard, it wasn’t particularly fresh, but cold pizza warmed up is kinda nice. The main issue was the tomato to cheese ratio, there was way way too much tomato for the cheese to handle and the taste really suffered. I was taken back to those after school frozen mini pizza times. What can be noted though is the place itself, what was once an over priced vintage shop run by a right miserable con-man is now a tastefully kitted out canteen. But this is not an interiors blog it’s a food blog and the food was pretty shit.
